Kids Weaving Station

Weaving is an excellent way to build hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.  Children can learn the basic mechanics of weaving looms, how to measure the yarns and dress the loom.  Many other lessons in mathematics, symmetry and patterns can also be explored while weaving.

A variety of weaving looms will

be on display at the

North Fork Fiber Fair

on Saturday, May 11, 2024

at the Creamery Arts Center

in Hotchkiss, Colorado

Kids will be allowed "play" with the looms if they accompanied and supervised by an adult.  Please notify a Spun attendant prior to using any of the looms.  There is no charge for testing out the looms on display.

*Spun is an authorized dealer for Leclerc Looms, Kromski & Sons and Schacht Spindle Company.  Please let us know if you are thinking of purchasing a new loom or spinning wheel.  We offer free shipping on many models as well as business to business promotions.
